Shortlisting for Viewing 

Once we have a shortlist our property agents will visit each potential property in advance to make sure we are meeting:

  • All lifestyle requirements 
  • The property price reflects correctly on the market 

The properties that past this test will then represent the viewing shortlist for our clients. 

Of course we are confident that you will want to make an offer on at least  one of the properties viewed and in that case we move onto the next stage of your journey…..

The Property Search

Either face to face or over the phone we take you through a trusted consultation process to explore and confirm the type of property you require, the budget you have, where you would like to live in Mallorca, what amenities are essential and so on. 

Once we have gathered all the information we need we put together a personalized action plan. Significantly this will include an outline of the locations we are going to target, the property types and budget, our shortlisting process and a snapshot of the current on/off market opportunities  we think match the lifestyle requirements identified.

We can make sure your internet and utilities are connected, that you have a full home guide with instructions on how to set alarms, AC, pool care and so on.  

You will know where the best local restaurants are, market days and any community activities you might like to be involved in.   We want you to move in and feel relaxed and at home in the shortest amount of time, or for a property to be ready for tenants to let.
